It achieves heat transfer using five 6 mm copper heat pipes connected to an aluminum base plate and fin stack. The unit stands at 162 mm tall, requiring standard mid-tower or larger chassis dimensions for appropriate clearance. This heatsink structure is configured for sustained operation under high processor utilization.

Heat dissipation is executed by a single 120 mm fan utilizing a Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) for rotational stability. The fan speed is regulated using 4-pin Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) support, operating between 500 RPM and 1750 RPM. This configuration provides a maximum airflow of 60.89 CFM and a static pressure of 2.91 mmH₂O. An integrated digital screen on the cooler provides real-time monitoring functionality. The mounting hardware ensures broad compatibility with modern CPU sockets, including Intel LGA 1851 and AMD AM5.
