The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Advance thermal pad is suitable for SSDs, RAM modules, and GPU cooling blocks. This non-conductive interface provides a thermal conductivity of 12 W/m·K to facilitate heat transfer while preventing electrical shorts. Each pad measures 120 mm by 20 mm with a 1.5 mm thickness. This four-pack is easy to install and composed of pad material. The product is RoHS conform and includes four pads for various cooling assembly requirements.
